Lethal Distractions
The fraud in the federal government may represent up to half of the entire budget, by some estimates. Whatever the number, it is too much, especially when you have a 38 trillion dollar debt. Once some of the fraud was uncovered in Minnesota, the protests and riots quickly became much more violent. The rhetoric of the politicians who did not notice the fraud, or perhaps participated in it, became louder and much more radical.
I suspect the violence and deaths are a mere distraction from the blatant fraud. In simple terms, guilty politicians are trying to divert attention from their political problems, and people are dying and being injured in the process. Do not let these corrupt politicians from either party fool you into hatred and committing violence. I do support peaceful protest, no matter the cause.
It reminds me of one of my favorite Who songs, "Eminence Front":
"...it's a put-on"
There is so much that is staged, and it works, as we are seeing. "People forget, forget they're hiding" in their cave, watching the black-screen-boxes, getting sucked into and feed the drama. They become unwitting victims of harm.
Brilliant. It's like seeing the plot twist coming in a mediocer book. Your analysis of political distraction is spot on.
