Divide and Conquer Culture Sinks to a New Low

Now it seems that even the poor must be divided and segregated against. So called stimulus money will not be given to poor white people according to the white female Mayor of Oakland.

It would seem that a Mayor would not have that kind of discretionary power with federal money, but I digress. Perhaps she should donate her job and or her salary to a much more deserving person of color. We know that will never happen as leftists are only generous with other people's money or opportunity.
