We always hear that Social Security is running out of money. It looks like that has either changed or is being debunked. All of the government revenue really just goes into one big pot. The rest is just accounting tricks and manipulations, or just plain propaganda.
We never seem to hear about welfare programs running out of money or the Defense Department running out of money. The politicians and federal employees retirement pension funds do not run out of money.
