Our mental hospitals are all but closed. Much of the reason why so many homeless, including vets are living on the streets. Due to “a persons right to choose” they can refuse medication. Families watch in horror and fear as their loved ones descend into madness. Until we bring back LONG TERM facilities this will continue. We need to take guns out of the hands of those who are mentally ill. Period. Come up with a plan to coordinate agencies. Ie, if a doctor, clinic is seeing someone they know is a threat to themselves and others, they should be able to put them immediately into two weeks of care with forced meds if deemed necessary. If a person is on medication for schizophrenia they should be entered into a data base that goes out to all gun dealers. No ability to buy a gun. Better to misdiagnose one patient who has a right to plead his case for sanity than another 16 dead innocents who can’t plead to anyone for their lives. I have schizophrenic child. I am speaking from experience.
I think the Movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest was the beginning of the end for mental hospitals They seemed to disappear after that movie.
In some cases they are needed. Even if they do not heal people they give them a safe place to stay, sleep, and eat. These people sometimes need protection from themselves.
I am getting old and cynical toward the establishment, and really do not believe all of this misery, fear, wars, pandemics, hatred, violence......that is being put upon us is an accident. Most of which is easily avoidable.
It was an evil plan put into motion going back decades. It was not accidental that all of this hit us at what appears to be one time. Look around you…..this is no longer the America we once knew and loved. Look at who we have allowed into our country to serve as representatives. They not only don’t agree with our values, heritage and culture, they hate everything about the country that took them in and are actively working hard toward destroying it. Where does all this unrest, hate and change come from? Big business, big pharma, big government, big Ivey league schools, big political donors, BLM, Antifa, ……all of this from our own “citizens” who care zero about anything but the money they are raking in. My parents were afraid during wwii, I was afraid during Vietnam, but THIS, this is something so much darker and more evil than any of us have ever witnessed in a lifetime. I pray the Lord will have mercy and give us a chance to clean it up and clear it out. 🇺🇸🙏

1: They are military (signed, sealed, and delivered to do whatever they are told)
2: They are under some kind of mind control that bypasses all spiritual connections. Could be drug induced, MK-ULTRA trauma-based, a combination of those, or other new psyche-splitting mechanisms
3. They are deployed to create such false-flag events in order for tyrannical predatory control over the masses, who largely believe everything they see on their black-screen-boxes
All based on people's FEAR and scientific materialism, a.k.a. lack of connection to the Divine.

It fits the agenda, Authorities knew who the Mass shooter was before the shooting. Authorities knew the shooter was nuts, Everybody around the shooter who knew him, knew he was nuts. Shooter dies before being arrested and interrogated, which ends the story. Authorities did absolutely nothing to prevent said nut case that had already threatened many people with Death Threats. Authorities did not take legal action to get said nut cases guns away from him, as in they didn't do squat. In fact said Nut Case supposedly bought a gun in 2023. The only thing missing was there Shooting Drills being run prior to the Mass shooting near or in Lewiston, Maine? Is it just me or millions of others that also see a pattern in many of these Mass Shootings?
It's not just you, this has been playing out for years. We are old enough to know this game gets played repeatedly, expecting different results. They repackage their stinking pile of crap in different paper, hoping we wont notice.

In this specific case, I think it’s a combination of the general incompetence of government and failings of specific individuals who witnessed or were told about his earlier meltdown and didn’t do enough about it. There’s probably some folks tonight who are heartbroken, sick, and wracked by “If only I’d.......”
In general I think it mainly incompetence, leavened with a hearty helping of hubris, and a smaller but growing amount of corruption.

It was worse. He was a councillor for troops coming back and calling them murderers for killing innocent Muslims. No repercussions. He was communicating with some Iman in Yeman who Obama later droned as a terrorist. No repercussions. And as he was slaughtering unarmed troops BECAUSE THEY CAN'T HAVE WEAPONS ON BASE, he was shouting "Allah Akbar"!
The military is definitely a weak spot. I just remembered the guy who was discharged from the Air Force and they failed to notify the FBI so he was able to buy a gun and shoot up the Church in Texas?
They missed all of the warnings with him, some of this I was not aware of. I always think of those Jason Bourne movies and books when we see another one of these preventable slaughters. Perhaps they are just mind controlled plants they activate into action by a cell phone or some other method. Who knows.?
My Mother took them almost all of her adult life and she never got better. Terrible fits of violence that were totally unexplainable. I really do not believe that anything good comes from those drugs, at least not in my experience.

I was prescribed prozac, many many years ago, by someone who spoke to me very briefly. I took it a few times and my body said no, as it always does.
I don't take drugs of any kind. And I'm outside the system now.
