Perhaps the Brits will take note - I doubt? Because we use 'first-pass-the-post' it's always rigged to suit the Establishment - a two-party system where both are equally bad. They fixed it good in UK centuries ago, so no need for fraud - it's built in - clever sods are they?

Clever is a good description, I would never use the word intelligent to describe any of them. The political parties are a big shit sandwich and we get to choose what kind of bread.

This is not law yet, and there is a real good chance it never will become law, in other words it's all talk right now, and so far talk has changed absolutely nothing.

Good point, and with the selected Gov. now having veto power over the legislation, it would be even harder to pass. Why should she undo the system that installed her?
