Perhaps the Brits will take note - I doubt? Because we use 'first-pass-the-post' it's always rigged to suit the Establishment - a two-party system where both are equally bad. They fixed it good in UK centuries ago, so no need for fraud - it's built in - clever sods are they?
Clever is a good description, I would never use the word intelligent to describe any of them. The political parties are a big shit sandwich and we get to choose what kind of bread.
